Willowbrook Food Innovation Centre believes that the quality of all our products is of the utmost importance to us. Our Quality and Technical Departments here at the Food Innovation Centre are constantly striving to improve the quality processes within our facility and ensure that all our customer requirements met.

Lab Testing

  • All products are micro tested on a 7 weekly schedule for p+1.

  • Shelf Life Analysis is carried out on new products from production trials and re-verified from first production runs.

  • Verification of Shelf Life Analysis is carried out annually for all products.

  • Hygiene swabbing is carried out on a daily basis within the production facilities to ensure cleaning procedures are effective.

  • These are verified by monthly environmental swabs which are micro tested.


Willowbrook Foods are accredited by the Soil Association to pack Organic Spinach.

Our Killinchy facility has been accredited since 2011.
